We eval­u­ate the orga­ni­za­tion­al struc­ture as well as the process­es and meth­ods used, and align these with the strate­gic goals in order to cre­ate the con­di­tions for suc­cess­ful and sus­tain­able inno­va­tion in your com­pa­ny. We review what skills and resources exist and where there are short­com­ings and rec­om­mend adjust­ments.
